 INJURED RESERVE (IR): you can place up to two (2) players on IR, provided
 that they were on your 35-man roster all last season (i.e., were listed
 on your original 2019 opening day TML roster) *and* that they had fewer
 than 25 at bats for position players and fewer than 20 innings pitched 
 for pitchers during the past 2019 MLB season. A player cannot be placed
 on IR in two consecutive years.  Every other year is allowed.  During
 in-between years, the player must be rostered. (Check the TML Constitution 
 for further details on the TML IR rule.)  If you have any eligibility
