  2023 TML Rookie Draft - Noon ET, Saturday, February 25, 2023
  Below are the Major Index Stock assignments for the 2023 Lottery Draft and
  tie-breakers.  We will use the two digits to the right of the decimal spot
  in each key "Major Index" closing numbers this Monday (October 17).  The
  team with the lowest number will be awarded the #1 pick, scaled to the
  highest number getting the #3 pick in the 1st Round.

  There were four regular season ties this year.  The ties between Perth
  and Marco Island, as well as between Santa Ana and 'Skayuna, were broken
  using head-to-head play.   Perth was 6-4 over Marco Island and will draft
  behind Marco Island.  'Skayuna was 3-1 over Santa Ana and will draft behind
  Santa Ana.  The two remaining ties were 2-2 Summer Stretch splits between
  Danny Way and Chesapeake, and between Traffic and Murderous.  Danny Way
  will draft ahead of Chesapeake due to a better road record (.475 to .450).
  Traffic will draft ahead of Murderous due to a better road record (.500
  to .450).
 

  The drafting order below does *not* include any traded draft picks and
  the loss of draft picks due to overuse fines.
